PERK Regional Account Manager- Ft. Lauderdale or Miami

We have openings for Regional Account Managers to provide ongoing support to major BEAUTY RETAILERS who have invested in our Perk™ equipment and product line!

 

YOU have been a top-performing Account Specialist, Account Coordinator or Brand Representative for a skincare brand being sold into major beauty retailers for 3+ years, and you are looking for the next step in your career. You are one of the best at translating new product marketing, events and promotions to exceed your personal and your customer’s sales goal!   You understand the beauty retail space well because you have either been in your account ambassador role for several years or because you have worked in-store, and these experiences help you successfully influence and motivate in-store associates.  You are known for your customer support and your ability to help clients position new products and services for long term success.

 

IN this role, you will work directly with regional locations for major retailers in the beauty space to ensure brand growth and sustainability of Perk™, a hybrid facial that gives clients the best of both worlds, combining efficiency with effective results. Performed in as little as 10 minutes, a Perk™ service focuses on lightly plumping lips, replenishing the eye area, and nourish the face.  Perk™ is the all-in-one Cleanse with Benefits™, merging an on-site exfoliation service with an advanced daily application of take-home products. You will be responsible for driving sales of Perk™ brand through events, promotions, and education of store sales teams.  Using your skills at understanding and embracing retailer cultures and expectations, you will also train, coach and develop accounts in order to meet and exceed sales targets.  As regions cover a large geography today, you must be able to travel often and overnight.
